I've been writing for MSSQLTips.com for a dozen years. My first published tip was in April 2010, back when I thought Policy-Based Management (the feature formerly known as Declarative Management Framework) had a future:

Earlier this year, Jeremy and Greg reached out to me to congratulate me on a milestone; I was surprised to learn that I had reached the plateau of 200 tips. Today I received the commemorative award, and holy crap. This solid goblet is the Stanley Cup of community trophies – a giant. Not to belittle anything, but it absolutely towers over the MVP award:
