Heikki,
You will find the SQLSentry blog on SQL Server builds the best as it really tells you what is included and the pitfalls of using any particular build.

Oops. I sure didn't. I assumed that link would be the sql server team blog release announcement. The link indeed includes almost everything I was hoping for.

Heikki, please read this post, linked to above, where I said to see for more information:
http://blogs.sqlsentry.com/team-posts/latest-builds-sql-server-2014Also, FWIW, the announcement blog explicitly states that all fixes from CU 6, 7 and 8 are included (but, as I hinted in the above post, I didn't validate one-by-one):http://blogs.msdn.com/b/sqlreleaseservices/archive/2015/06/22/cumulative-update-1-for-sql-server-2014-sp1.aspx

You could have also mentioned which RTM CUs this includes. It seems that atleast fixes from CU6-CU8 are included but I don't know if a part of CU6 for example was already included with the sp1.
