March 2015 Cumulative Updates for SQL Server 2012

Microsoft has released Cumulative Updates for SQL Server 2012 Service Pack 1 and Service Pack 2. Note that RTM is no longer supported and you should be moving to the SP2 branch soon.

  • 1 fix (1 public)
  • Relevant for Service Pack 1 only (11.0.3000 -> 11.0.3486)

SQL Server 2012 Service Pack 2 Cumulative Update #5

  • KB #3037255
  • Build #11.0.5582
  • 27 fixes (27 public)
  • Relevant for Service Pack 2 only (11.0.5058 -> 11.0.5581)

    Whoops, I just checked… There are *TWO* update files for this: one for the Native Client and one large one that, indeed, just behaves like all the other cumulative patches before and has everything.  Sorry for any confusion or "pot stirring."  🙂

    Scott, that's not quite how cumulative updates work. While the KB article for CU #5 only lists the fixes that are in CU #5, I can assure you that it absolutely contains all of the fixes from CU #1, #2, #3, and #4.
