A new CU (Build 3186) has been issued by Microsoft in KB #939537, though unlike previous updates, this one is not readily available for public consumption.  You must fill out a form to obtain the download…

I have this update already, due to a case I had opened with PSS, where deferred temp table drops were never catching up, eventually starving all the memory on the server.  Build 3186 cleared this up for me completely, without rearing any other side effects.  That does not necessarily mean you should rush out and get it, but if you suffer from any of the symptoms claimed to be resolved in the article, you should obtain the update and test it on non-critical systems.
